A great way to travel!

Ferry Baldur daily crosses Breiðafjörður Bay between Stykkishólmur on the Snæfellsnes peninsula and Brjánslækur in the north. A ferry ride considerably shortens the route between the south and mid-west of the country and the West Fjords region. It gives you the opportunity to experience a floating restaurant.

Please remember that you must book in advance for cars.
Tickets must be picked up at the Seatours office at least 30 min. before departure.

Stop-overs in Flatey Island

Over the summer many visitors choose to visit the beautiful island of Flatey renowned for its birdlife. It's popular to take the morning ferry from Stykkishólmur and return in the evening or continue on to Brjánslækur. For those traveling by car it is possible to send the car across the bay, whole stopping in Flatey (at not extra charge).

Discounts

Seatours offers great family discounts for the summer of 2009. Children 0-15 years are FREE, youths 16-20 years get a 50% discount!  And if you book online you get an additional 10% discount.
