During the wintertime, stops in Flatey Islands are limted. The winter is divided into the following seasons. This looks confusing - we konw,just contact us if you have any questions.

Autumn & Spring:

1 - 31 Oct.  2009 and 15 March - 30 April 2010

There are no departures on Saturdays during this period apart from 3. April (Easter).

Ferry Baldur Stops in Flatey every time from 1^st May - 30^th September (when passengers)

** In case of bad weather - the ferry will either stop at 12:30 or 19:00
Flatey is accessible every day apart from Monday.
Passengers on the way to Stykkishólmur will have to go on board the boat on its northbound journey on Tue., Thu. and Fri.
Exceptions from this schedule: Emergencies, Christmas, Easter and New Year.
