A great way to travel!

Ferry Baldur daily crosses Breidafjördur Bay between Stykkisholmur on the Snæfellsnes peninsula and Brjanslækur in the north. A ferry ride considerably shortens the route between the south and mid-west of the country and the West Fjords region. It gives you the opportunity to experience a floating restaurant.

• Please remember that you must book in advance for cars.
• Tickets must be picked up at the Seatours office at least 30 min. before departure.

NEW for only 1000,- kr. (20MB) our passengers can buy wireless internet access on board.

Stop-overs in Flatey Island

Over the summer many visitors choose to visit the beautiful island of Flatey renowned for its birdlife. It's popular to take the morning ferry from Stykkisholmur and return in the evening or continue on to Brjánslækur. For those traveling by car it is possible to send the car across the bay, whole stopping in Flatey (at not extra charge).

• Children 0-15 years are FREE, youths 16-20 years get a 50% discount!
• And if you book online you get an additional 10% discount.
